Hi! I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Angel Bloden Brudnicki and I’m the Vegan Granny! Welcome to my blog. Here you will find all my recipes that I create for family and friends.
I was born and raised in Illinois and now reside in New Port Richey Florida with my husband of almost 25 years our Basset Hound Buford, Pekingese PorchDick, our Piggies GusGus, Gretchen, Tofu, Buudz, Willow, Gertie and Grey, and our 2 cats Monster Child and Salem.
I became vegetarian in 1999 and vegan in 2020. Around that time there was not many products out that were Vegan friendly, so I decided to make my own.
In February of 2024 I attended and received the certificate of Vegan Chef. I have also completed certification of Vegan Nutritionist in 2024.
